All students who wish to attend the apprenticeship must fill out this form to request a seat in the class you were invited to. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot in the class. You are not confirmed until you receive a personal email from Vilma confirming that you have been accepted. Only after that email are you officially registered, and your seat secured.
