0–8-ton Mobile Crane
Prerequisite:
- WHMIS
- valid Hoisting and Rigging
- Must have completed level 2 of the FTI Ontario apprenticeship
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in your booking not being confirmed and subject to cancellation.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Operate a 0–8 mobile crane.
- Show knowledge of responsibility of the hoisting personnel.
- Demonstrate the ability to both read and apply the use of load charts.
- Show knowledge of the regulations that apply.
- Ability to inspect, perform routine maintenance and complete logbook.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of international crane hand signals.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the class. No-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full class fee of $300 per day (3 day course with fourth date booked in class).
