Working at Heights Refresher (WAHR)
Must have your own email or you will not receive a ticket (as per ministry of labour).
Must have completed a ministry approved Working at Heights program within the last 3 years.
Your working at heights cannot be expired on the day you do the working at heights refresher course.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- You will learn regulatory requirements.
- Select and inspect industry standard personal fall arrest equipment.
- Be evaluated by a written test and achieve a grade of 75% or better.
- Practical evaluation by demonstrating deficiencies in industry standard personal fall arrest equipment.
- Be able to put on and off a harness and maintain tie off points at all times to an anchor point.
- These objectives will be evaluated by an instructor.

For after hours and weekend courses, a minimum of 7 members need to attend otherwise the class will be cancelled.

*Translator: If you require a translator, you must notify us prior to booking. Without advance notice, entry will be denied. Phones are not permitted to use during class for any reason, including translation.
Confirmation: Once you press submit, you’ll see a green box that says, “Your RSVP has been received!” and a checkmark along with the message “You are going”. You can save your registration by clicking the yellow “Download Confirmation Here” button as confirmation. Not receiving a confirmation email does not cancel your registration or exempt you from the cancellation and no-show policy.

This course is for DC 46 painters and glaziers in good standing only. Participants from other trades, non-members, or those outside Ontario must contact the office before training to arrange payment. Failure to do so will result in your registration being cancelled.
